Great product, terrible customer service
I called on a Friday afternoon explaining that I needed my order by Tuesday at the latest and would be willing to pay extra. The person I talked to said it should arrive by then. It had still not arrived by Thursday, the last day my contractors were here! He seemed unapologetic and it took 15 minutes to figure out how to give me tracking information. Great product, but don’t order in a time crunch.
