Returns Policy

PLEASE EXAMINE THE CONTENTS OF EACH PACKAGE YOU RECEIVE FROM US PROMPTLY!

Our goal is to provide excellent and timely service.  We doublecheck all our shipments for accuracy.   If we do inadvertently ship you products that do not match your order, we will ship you the correct items, and pay shipping both for the corrected shipment, and for the return of the incorrect shipment.  You must notify us via email or telephone with SEVEN days of receipt of the shipment.  

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, notify us via email or telephone within SEVEN days of receipt of the shipment.  We will accept the return of the products, and refund you the product price (not shipping costs).  You are also responsible for return shipping charges.

The products being returned must not be altered in any way (painting, cutting, modifying, nail holes, etc).  

Special orders or custom made orders are non-returnable.
